Global ticketing
If you have individual experiences that are regularly recurring you may wish to use Easol's global ticketing feature. With this feature, all published, future experiences will be ticketed automatically and follow a singular ticket dispatch window.
The options for e-ticket dispatch with global ticketing are:
- Immediately after payment, and after-checkout Guest Fields are complete (if required)
- 4 days before the experience 'depart on' date
- 7 days before the experience 'depart on' date
- 14 days before the experience 'depart on' date
- 30 days before the experience 'depart on' date
Even if an experience is unpublished, the event will still remain in Qflow, our ticketing management system, and tickets will still be sent according to the dispatch settings. The setting to prevent tickets from being dispatched until the after-checkout Guest Fields are completed is available at the global ticketing level and applied to all experiences universally. With global ticketing, this setting is the same on each experience.
Customers will be able to download their tickets from yourdomain.com/bookings immediately after the purchase is completed and after-checkout Guest Fields are completed (if required).

Manage your Qflow event with global ticketing
If an event needs to be deleted or renamed in Qflow, please contact our Event Operations team at event-ops@easol.com.
If members of your box office team need access to your event in Qflow, please provide their first name, last name, and email address when enabling global ticketing. They will receive a Qflow invitation which allows them access to all of your published, future events.
