Ticketing feeds
Easol can provide two feeds of data for integrating ticket data with a third-party access control partner (typically a wristband or RFID provider). Ticketing will need to be enabled on your experience before these feeds can be generated. See more details on how to enable ticketing in our guide send e-tickets to customers.
Details of the two feeds are as follows:
- A full feed of all the tickets for a particular event. Tickets will appear only once in this feed showing the current state of the ticket. Any changes to the ticket will mean the ticket row is updated with the new values, rather than appearing a second time with the updated values and leaving an old out-of-date record in a separate row. This feed is updated every 30 minutes.
- A feed of tickets that have changed in the past 30 minutes. This feed will include tickets that have had their data changed, tickets that have been revoked, as well as any new tickets. Tickets are shown in exactly the same format as they are in the main feed, and they only appear once. A ticket that is modified twice in a 30-minute window will appear a single time with the data representing the current state of the ticket. This feed is updated every minute.
Setup of feed
Once ticketing has been enabled on the experience, Easol can set up both of the feeds and provide a URL with an API key that can be used to fetch the data from the feeds.
Each feed URL will have the format:
https://data.ourika.biz/api/queries/<feed_id>/results.<format>?api_key=<api_key>
"feed_id" will be unique for each feed, and will be provided once the feeds have been set up. The format may be one of 'CSV' or 'JSON'.
Security of feed
Each feed will have its own unique API key that is required to fetch the data from the URL. We cannot give the feeds the same API key, or set a specific API key for either feed, but we can regenerate it on request.
