Complete KYC verification to receive payment
Upon signing your service agreement, you will be sent an Easol's Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Risk Form. Before you can receive payment via Easol, you will need to follow the below steps to provide your company’s payment and business information, in addition to completing the Know-Your-Customer and Risk Form.
Our Support team will contact you via email regarding both the Onboarding Form and again once you've made your first booking to verify your company's trading address and bank details prior to your first payout. This is required to ensure Easol abides by industry guidance and codes of practice around initial payments designed to protect both you and Easol.
1. Complete the Know-Your-Customer and Risk Form.
