Configure scanning devices to only scan specific ticket types or tags
With Easol's ticketing management partner Qflow, you can configure scanners devices to scan specific ticket types only. This is useful for events with designated areas for certain ticket holders, like VIP guests.
To configure your device to only scan specific ticket types:
- Make sure your device is already set up for event check-in.
- Go to the Settings tab and toggle on the Apply filter to scan button.
- Return to the Guest tab and click Filter.
- Click Deselect All and select one or more ticket types that the device can check-in.
Your device is now configured to check-in only a set list of ticket types. You can revert or update the settings at any time.
