Set up enquiry-only booking
If enquiry-only booking is enabled, customers will only need to book via an enquiry form; no payment involved. This is great for experiences that are free of charge or if you're collecting leads before variants are available for sale.
Prior to enabling enquiry-only, set up the enquiry form within Easol by following our guide on capturing customer enquiries.
Alternatively, if you prefer to use your own form builder like Mailchimp or Formstack, it is also supported on the platform. We recommend using one generic form for all experiences. If you are using your own form builder, share the embed link with us at support@easol.com once the form has been setup.
How to enable enquiry-only booking
- Select an experience or accommodation and go to the Payment Settings tab.
- Toggle the option for Enquiry Only Booking.
- Click Save to publish changes.
