Alchemist Video Blocks
Videos are a great way to showcase your experiences, get customers excited and give them a preview of what to expect.
Video Swiper
The Video Swiper block allows you to display embedded videos in a carousel layout for customers to swipe through and watch. If you’d like to embed videos as backgrounds, check out the Hero Video block.
Content Fields
| Header | Add a catchy title for the block. |
| Text | Use the text editor to add a description under the header. |
| Insert videos' iframe | Click the Add iframe code button and then paste in your video's iframe code. Learn how to generate an iframe code for your videos here. You can add as many videos as you like. To rearrange the order of the videos, drag and drop the iframe code fields by pressing the three-dot icon. |
Layout Fields
| Reduce size of videos | Tick the checkbox display videos at a smaller size. |
Design Fields
| Background image | For the best results, upload a landscape image with a minimum width of 1920px. |
| Background colour | If there is no background image, the background will default to the background colour – add a HEX code to customise the colour. |
| Text colour | Add a HEX code to change the colour of the header and text in the block. By default, it is set to your site text colour. |
| Remove padding from top of block | Tick the checkbox to remove the spacing from the top of the block. |
| Remove padding from bottom of block | Tick the checkbox to remove the spacing from the bottom of the block. |
Video Grid
The Video Swiper block allows you to display embedded videos in a grid layout. If you’d like to embed videos as backgrounds, check out the Hero Video block.
Content Fields

| Display button | Tick the checkbox to display a call to action button. |
| Button text | Add a label for the call to action button, for example “Book now”, “Learn more” or “Buy tickets”. |
| Button link |
Add the URL of the page you would like your customers to go to when they click on the call to action button. This can be another page on your website or an external site. Tip: If linking to another page on your website, use the URL path instead (e.g. "/experiences" instead of "http://yourdomain.com/experiences"). This will ensure your links still work if you ever change your domain name. |

Layout Fields
| Number of videos per row | Toggle the slider to adjust the number of videos to be displayed per row. There's a minimum of one video and a maximum of three videos per row. |
