Easol uptime and maintenance
To ensure your experience business is available for your customers to book, we work to maintain a high level of uptime across all major Easol services. This can be tracked in real-time over on our status page.
Scheduled maintenance
Occasionally, we’ll perform maintenance to improve the platform’s stability and performance.
During maintenance, there will be a short downtime on the platform. Your admin dashboard and website may be offline for up to 30 minutes but typically it’ll be back to business as usual in just a few minutes. When customers land on your website during downtime, it will look like this:
To minimise disruption to your business, we schedule any maintenance period during our lowest traffic periods. As experience creators, you’ll receive plenty of notice in advance to prepare for scheduled maintenance. You can also find upcoming scheduled maintenance on our status page.
