Intro to data and insights

Data is a vital tool to help you understand, run and grow your experience business. On Easol, you don’t just have access to your data when you need it, you can also configure and customise it in a way that best serves your business.

You can access your data and insights in two ways:

1. Reports

Easol has pre-built reports that answer the most common questions you may have about your sales and finances, such as sales by product, weekly revenue forecast and account transactions.

All reports include raw data that can be filtered, searched, sorted and exported. For more information, see what types of reports are available or learn how to view and export them.

2. Dashboards

Dashboards are customisable visual reports that enable you to monitor the most important metrics to your experience business, all in one place. Dashboards are created with visualisations, including:

• Charts, such as bar charts and line graphs 
• Tiles for highlighting key stats and figures
