Get to know your customers: Using the Customers area & report
Get to know the people powering your business with the Customers area and report — designed to help you build stronger relationships and unlock new opportunities.
Customers area
The Customers area gives you a clear, searchable list of everyone who has booked or signed up with your business. You can search by name or email, or filter by last booked date to find the right customer quickly. Click on a customer to open their profile drawer, where you’ll see:
- When their account was created
- Total revenue (sum of all bookings for this customer to date, including those that were cancelled but not refunded)
- Average booking value (average across all bookings for this customer, excluding any that were cancelled)
- Contact details (email and phone number)
- A full list of past bookings, including start date, status, reference, and value
Customers report
The Customers Report gives you a deeper look at your customer base. You can:
- View columns for first and last name, contact details, address, booking history, marketing consent, number of bookings, total revenue, and average booking value
- Search by name or email
- Filter by last booked, first booked, marketing consent, or country
Use these insights to understand your customers, spot trends, and make confident decisions as your business grows
Note: The Customers area and report also include people who haven’t made a booking yet but have created an account with you, customers who have had tickets transferred to them, and ambassadors who have signed up to work with you
