View and download guest details

Guest details

Guests are all the customers who will be attending your experience or accommodation. Your guest details can be exported at any time. Guest details include:

• Booking reference number
• Name
• Email Address
• Variant booked
• Booking state (completed or pending payment)
• Guest Fields

Accessing guest details

To download your guest details, click the Guests tab for any experience or accommodation. On the right side, click Export. A CSV file containing your guest details will be downloaded to your computer.
