Terms and conditions for renting scanners

When you rent scanners, you agree to our terms and conditions:

Cost and shipping

1. Renting scanners from Easol may be subject to a charge. You will need to pay shipping fees, including taxes, for receiving and returning scanners. 
2. Shipping fees must be paid in advance before we can ship scanners to you.
3. Shipping time varies depending on your location. 
4. The scanners must be shipped back to Easol after your event end date. 

Terms of use

1. You will use the scanners for its intended purpose of event check-in only, in compliance with the manufacturer’s requirements and recommendations.
2. Unless you receive written consent from Easol, you must not alter, modify or attach anything to the scanner, unless the alteration, modification or attachment is easily removable without damaging the scanner.

Loss and damage

1. If scanners are lost or damaged upon return, you will need to pay replacement fees.
