Ticketing checklist
Here is a quick checklist to help you prepare for your upcoming event:
Before your event
- Ensure you've added Useful Info & Location.
- Set up and sync your event with Qflow.
- Consider the scanning devices you’ll use for check-in. If you want to rent scanning hardware or request on-site support, please contact our Event Operations team at least 60 days in advance of the event.
- If you plan to scan customer's tickets on entry, set up your scanning devices for check-in.
- Test scan tickets.
- Nominate a member of your team to manage box office operations, including managing at-the-door sales and any guest queries.
- Provide your box office team with access to both your Easol and Qflow dashboards. We'd recommend creating a 'Box Office' specific role on Easol by following the steps to add a new role.
- Review pending payment bookings, disputed bookings, and bookings which have not completed their guest fields (if applicable).
During your event
- Arrange a secure location to store the scanning hardware throughout the event.
- Reference the options to manage at-the-door sales for your event.
- Check in and check out guests.
- Keep our troubleshooting guide ready.
After your event
- Review event attendee reporting.
- Return scanning hardware to Easol (if applicable).
