Multi-language website translations
Set up a translation tool to translate your website pages into any language supported by the translation tool. The translation tool will often add a language selector on your website for customers to change the language it’s displayed in. This will change the subdomain of your website. The structure of the subdomain is dependent on the translation tool used.
Example: If the customer changes the language from English to French, the URL will change to something like fr.your domain.com.

Translation of Easol pages
The translation of account pages is managed by Easol. We use the customer’s browser language to determine the language to display the content of the Easol pages. If the browser language is not one that is supported, the page will be shown in English.
Supported languages:
- English (UK)
- English (US)
- French
- German
- Spanish
- Czech
Important: The following Easol Pages do not support translation tools such as Gtranslate, however, they are translated depending on the preferred language of the user settings.
- Customer login and registration (i.e. yourdomain.com/sign-up)
- Checkout (i.e. yourdomain.com/checkout)
- Customer emails
- Customer account area (i.e. yourdomain.com/log-in)
Changing preferred language
The first time a customer accesses an Easol page, their browser language is saved.
A customer can change their preferred language by logging in to their account and follow these steps:
- In the top right corner, click Your Account.
- Then click, Account and change the preferred language under the Language field.
There is also a Wrong Language button at the bottom of all emails that directs customers to this area of their account.
