Subscription setup
Your subscription will be set up following the counter signature of your Service Agreement and will be sent to the email address in your Service Agreement.
If you wish to change the email address against your subscription, reach out to support@easol.com and we'll be happy to assist you. Alternatively, you can access your subscription through the account portal following the steps below.
Upon setup, confirmation of your subscription will be sent to you via email and a request for you to input your payment method. The payment method will be used for future billing cycles.
Access your subscription
We use a subscription management tool called Chargebee, where you can oversee your subscription invoices.
- If your country of residence or establishment is within the European Economic Area ("EEA"), Switzerland, or the United Kingdom, access your subscription here: https://easol.chargebeeportal.com
- If your country of residence or establishment is outside of the EEA, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom, access your subscription here: https://easol-us.chargebeeportal.com
Log in to the portal by entering the email ID and a one-time password (OTP) sent via email. After the first login, you can also set up a password for subsequent logins.
Your account can only accommodate a single email address for your subscription(s). If you require subscription invoices to be sent to multiple team members, we suggest setting up a shared email accessible to those who need it, such as accounts@ or finance@.
Subscription portal
The subscription portal will allow you to view and manage the following key areas of your subscription.
- Update your email address
- Update payment method(s) and add additional payment options
- Update your business address information
- Review full subscription invoice history
- Pay any unpaid invoices
Subscription communication
We'll actively be in contact with you regarding your subscription to keep you informed when a scheduled payment is due to be taken, when payments have been taken, and when they have been missed. When a subscription payment is missed, we'll contact you informing you of the reason we were unable to take payment. All subscription invoice receipts will be sent to the email address listed against the account.
It's important to note that if your subscription remains overdue, even after reminder emails, your Easol account access may be at risk of being revoked.
