Import off-platform tickets

With Easol, you can upload ticket barcodes from other ticketing apps to Easol's ticketing management app. This makes it easy for your team to scan tickets using one app. 

Ticket barcodes are uploaded into Easol and synced with your event in the Easol ticketing management app, so the tickets can be scanned using the same scanning app as Easol tickets.

Important: This process will not create a booking in Easol for the imported tickets.

The off-platform ticket information must be shared in a CSV format and contain the following fields:

• First name (optional)
• Last name (optional)
• Email (optional)
• Ticket type (required)
• Barcode data (required)
