Sync your event on Qflow

Easol's ticketing management app, Qflow, allows you to quickly check in guests with a scanning device, using the QR code on the guest’s e-ticket. You can use Qflow on your own devices or by requesting hardware rentals.

Before you can set up and sync your event for ticketing on the Qflow app, you need to enable ticketing for your experience(s).

How to sync a new event

Once ticketing has been enabled on your experience(s), please contact our Event Operations team at event-ops@easol.com to get your event synced on Qflow. Please provide the email address you wish to be linked and used for login access to the event on Qflow.

Easol's Event Operations team will then create the event on Qflow for you and you'll receive an email invitation to verify your account on Qflow within two business days.
