Send e-tickets to customers
Enable ticketing for your experience
To enable ticketing for your experience, please contact our Event Operations team at event-ops@easol.com and list the experience you wish to enable ticketing for. All Variants and Extras will be ticketed on the experience, unless requested otherwise. If multiple experiences are set up for the same dates, please list all experiences you'd like ticketed.
By default, tickets will be sent out 7 days prior to the event date of the experience. If you'd like a different date, please advise the date and time you'd like tickets dispatched to customers when contacting our Event Operations team. This can be set to immediately after a customer completes their booking or a date closer to the event.
Important: Accommodation products cannot be ticketed.
Send tickets to customers
Once ticketing has been enabled for your experience, downloadable PDF e-tickets containing the guest's tickets and barcodes for check-in are sent to the lead booker. The lead booker can access and download their e-tickets in two ways:
- Email – You can send e-tickets to customers via email before your event starts.
- Easol account – When customers purchase tickets, they will get access to an Easol account (at yourdomain.com/bookings) where they can view their bookings and download their e-tickets when available. You can enable e-tickets to be downloadable in customers' accounts prior to the dispatch date. If you wish this to be enabled, please advise us when contacting our Event Operations team to enable ticketing.
Tickets will only be sent to customers once the following criteria have been met:
- The booking is in a completed state and full payment has been made.
- After-checkout Guest Fields are completed. If you wish to have tickets dispatched regardless of whether the after-checkout Guest Fields are completed, please advise our Event Operations team of this when contacting them to enable ticketing.
Any tickets purchased after the dispatch date will have e-tickets sent as soon as the booking is completed and after-checkout Guest Fields have been completed (if required).
Enable ticketing on all experiences
If you have individual experiences that are regularly recurring, you may wish to use Easol's global ticketing feature. With this feature, all published, future experiences will be ticketed automatically
