Send e-tickets to guests
How e-tickets are sent to guests
E-tickets are downloadable PDFs that contain a guest’s tickets and barcode for check-in. There are two ways that guests can access and download their e-tickets:
- Easol account – When guests purchase tickets, they will get access to an Easol account (at yourdomain.com/bookings) where they can view their bookings and download their e-tickets when available.
- Email – You can send e-tickets to guests via email before your event starts. For sending e-tickets to guests via email, please contact email@example.com.
When e-tickets are dispatched to guests
E-tickets are available for guests to download from their Easol account 7 days before the experience start date. If check-in fields are enabled, guests must be fully checked in before they can access their tickets.
To make e-tickets available before 7 days prior to the experience start date, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
What information is included in e-tickets
The following information is printed directly on the e-tickets so we would recommend updating it prior to the 7 day mark in which e-tickets are sent out.
In your experience or accommodation's Settings > Useful Info, you can add the following information:
- Check-in time
- Check-out time
- Other Information
- How to get there
In your experience or accommodations' Overview > Location, you can add the following details:
- Street Address
- Zip Code
