Import guest lists into Qflow
You can import guest lists into your Qflow account to manage guest list check-in at your event. Make sure that your event is synced on Qflow before importing guest list data.
If you wish to upload guest lists larger than 75 guests, please contact our Event Operations team at event-ops@easol.com to assist with configuring your account accordingly.
Bulk import guest list data
- Log in to your Qflow dashboard here.
- Select your event.
- Click Add Guests and select Import Guests.
- Either drag and drop your existing guest list file, or upload it from your device.
- Note: The file must be in Excel or CSV format.
- Next, you'll need to map the data labels from the file into Qflow. Select the columns to import into your Qflow event by choosing the data label from the dropdown menu for each column (i.e. First name or Barcode data). Click Next Column.
- If you don't wish to import a certain column, you can select 'Don't import this column' as the column title.
- Scroll through all of the columns until the green 'Import Guest' button appears.
- Hint: If you are regularly importing a file with the same headings, you can select 'Save Mapping' to save time repeatedly column-matching each time.
- Give your import a tag or select an existing tag. This tag will be applied to all tickets on the imported list.
- Your guest list has now been uploaded and you will be directed back to the main Qflow event, and the attendance figures will be updated accordingly.
- As a next step, if you wish to send a personalised invite to your guests, see our guide on sending invites to guests imported in Qflow here.
See instructions and a supporting video here.
Add individual guest list data
- Log in to your Qflow dashboard.
- Select your event.
- Click Add Guests and select Create Guest.
- Add the Guest Name.
- Add any applicable details to the guest profile, including email address and tags. Use the 'Add tags' to select an existing tag to apply to the guest.
- Click Save Changes.
- Your guest has now been uploaded and you will then be directed to the main Qflow event and the attendance figures will be updated accordingly.
- As a next step, if you wish to send a personalised invite to your guest, see our guide on sending invites to guests imported in Qflow here.
