Set up scanning devices for event check-in
Before your event starts, you should set up your scanning devices for guest check-in. Make sure that your event is synced on Qflow before check-in setup.
How to set up scanning devices for event check-in
- Install the Qflow app on your scanning device.
- On your desktop computer, log into Qflow and go to your event.
- Click Auto sign-in to the Qflow check-in app and a QR code will appear.
- Open the camera on your device and scan the QR code.
- Qflow is now logged into your device for your event and all tickets loaded, ready for check-in.
How to change events on scanning devices
If an event is already loaded on the scanning device, you can switch events by following these steps:
- Ensure you are logged into the Qflow app.
- Click the Settings tab.
- Click Switch event.
- Choose the event you wish to select.
