Set up scanning devices for event check-in

Before your event starts, you should set up your scanning devices for guest check-in. Make sure that your event is synced on Qflow before check-in setup.

How to set up scanning devices for event check-in

1. Install the Qflow app on your scanning device.
2. On your desktop computer, log into Qflow and go to your event.
3. Click Auto sign-in to the Qflow check-in app and a QR code will appear.
4. Open the camera on your device and scan the QR code.
5. Qflow is now logged into your device for your event and all tickets loaded, ready for check-in.

How to change events on scanning devices

If an event is already loaded on the scanning device, you can switch events by following these steps:

1. Ensure you are logged into the Qflow app.
2. Click the Settings tab.
3. Click Switch event.
4. Choose the event you wish to select.
