Scan and check in guests at your event
With Easol's ticketing management partner - Qflow, checking in guests is quick and easy.
How to check in guests with scanners
- Open the Qflow app and ensure the correct event is loaded by checking the event name at the bottom of the screen.
- Go to the Scan tab.
- Aim the top of the scanner at the guest’s barcode and squeeze both blue buttons.
- If the ticket successfully scans, a confirmation will come up on screen.
If the scanner fails to scan a ticket, see instructions below on how to manually check in guests.
How to check in guests with mobile phones and tablets
- Open the Qflow app and ensure the correct event is loaded by checking the event name at the bottom of the screen.
- Go to the Scan tab and click Tap to scan.
- Aim your device’s camera at the guest’s barcode to scan the ticket. You may need to adjust the position of your device so that the camera can auto-focus and scan the barcode.
- If the ticket successfully scans, a confirmation will come up on screen.

How to manually check in guests
If for any reason you cannot scan a ticket, you can manually check in a guest:
- Open the Qflow app and search the guest’s name or email address. Tip: To speed up the process, type in initials like “J D” for “Johnathan Doe”.
- Select the correct ticket and press Check in.
