Scan and check out guests at your event

With Easol's ticketing management partner, Qflow, you can check out guests at your event. This is great for events where guests can enter and leave the event site with their ticket.

How to check out guests with scanning device

1. Open the Qflow  app on your scanning device and make sure the device is set up for your event.
2. Go to the Settings tab and toggle on Scan Mode > Checkout.
3. Return to the Scan tab and select Tap to scan.
4. Using your device’s camera, scan the barcode on the guest’s ticket.
5. A confirmation message will appear when check-out is successful.

You can undo check-out by finding the guest’s ticket and clicking Undo check out. 

Note: If you need to use your device to check in guests later, you’ll need to disable the check out mode setting, otherwise the ticket will be rejected. If you are regularly checking guests in and out of the event, we'd suggest having one device set in the standard check-in mode and another set in check-out mode.
