Change the balance due date of a booking
If a booking is pending payment from a customer, you can update the balance due date directly in your admin.
How to change the balance due date of a booking
- Go to Bookings > All Bookings in your dashboard and select the Booking Reference of the booking you want to edit.
- Under Balance Details, click change balance due date.
- Input the new balance due date and click Save.
The balance due date is now updated and the change will be recorded in the booking timeline.
Tip: We recommend resending a booking confirmation email to the customer after editing a booking. You can do this under the Timeline.
