Apply and remove price reductions on a booking
You can apply price reductions on a customer booking directly in your admin. This is useful for adding items to booking at a discount.
Price reductions can also be removed, including those that resulted from promotions or voucher codes that were originally applied on the booking. For example, if a booking was made with a 10% off voucher code that resulted in a $50 price reduction, you can remove the $50 price reduction.
Note that booking edits have been built with efficiency in mind, so you can make multiple edits (add/remove items, apply price reductions and edit guest information) in one update.
If the booking is on an active payment plan, please see instructions here.
