What currency will my customers see on my website?
When setting up pricing of experiences and receiving payment from sales, the currency is in the "home currency" of your Easol account — this is configured when you create your account.
However, the currency your customers see on your website is determined by their IP address. For example, if your home currency is USD but a customer's IP address is in the United Kingdom, the currency displayed will be GBP.
Customers can pay in one of the following currencies:
- USD
- GBP
- EUR
- AUD
- ZAR
- CHF
- RON
- JPY
- CZK
If the customer's currency is not covered by the platform, the currency will default to USD. Customers can also change the currency being displayed with the currency selector in the footer of checkout pages (or on your main website's footer, depending on your website theme).
