Set up time slots

Prior to setting up time slots, read more about this feature in our guide Introduction to selling multiple start dates and times.  

1. From your Easol dashboard, navigate to Sell > Experiences.
2. Set up a new experience you would like time slots on.
3. Set the initial date and duration.
4. Then, you'll be asked "Is there a start time?" You'll need to select the option Start time.
5. Set one initial start time (the rest can be added later) and double-check the timezone looks correct. The timezone is based on the location entered in the previous step where you set the address. If more time slots are added later, they will use the same timezone.
6. Go to the Availability tab.
7. Add each of the start dates and times you'd like to offer by clicking on the Add button in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

Moving forward, manage your time slots in the same way as managing multiple start dates.
