Product timeline view

The product timeline view offers a comprehensive way to manage your experiences, providing a detailed overview of your daily product variants and extras over time. In this view, you will see all experiences with at least one upcoming date. Multi-day experiences will display for each day it occurs on.

To access this feature:

1. Navigate to the 'Sell' section, and select 'Experiences'.
2. Switch to the 'Timeline' view using the button next to 'New experience'.
3. To switch back to the standard view, click the 'List' button.

The timeline organises your products in a day view, stacking overlapping time slots and displaying sales out of the total variant inventory for each start date / time slot. Additionally, you can easily search for specific products or variants using the search field in the top right corner.

By hovering over a date or time, you can see a breakdown of whether the bookings are in a booked, pending, or confirmed state, as well as available spots. Clicking on a specific slot reveals detailed booking information for that date or time.

When you hover over the grid, the exact time to the minute is displayed to help with navigating the day. The timeline view does not convert times into different time zones, so events in different regions will appear at their set times.

For example, if you have one experience that takes place in Australia at 8am, and one experience that takes place in Portugal at 8am, both experiences will show at 8am in the timeline view.
