Request and rent scanning hardware
Scanning hardware is dedicated devices for scanning and checking in guests during your event, using the Qflow app. While you can use your mobile phone or tablet instead, scanning hardware can be more effective for large events that require long battery life and customer data protection.
Renting scanning hardware from Easol is subject to a fee. You will need to pay hire and shipping fees, including taxes, for receiving and returning the scanning hardware. Please read our rental terms before requesting scanning hardware.
How to request and rent scanning hardware
To request and rent scanning hardware, please email our Event Operations team at event-ops@easol.com at least 60 days in advance of the event with the following information:
- Event name
- Event date
- Event location
- Event attendance number
Our team will get back to you within 2 working days with estimated delivery time and costs. After you have paid the fees, Easol will send the scanning hardware to you.
Receiving scanning hardware
Once the scanning hardware is delivered, you should set them up for your event and test them.
Please note that renting scanning hardware does not include staff hire to check in guests on the day of the event. Even if you have on-site support from us, you still need a dedicated team to scan in guests at the event entrance and coordinate the event.
