Request and rent scanners
Scanners are dedicated devices for scanning and checking in guests during your event, using the Qflow app. While you can use your mobile phone or tablet instead, scanners can be more effective for large events that require long battery life and customer data protection.
Renting scanners from Easol may be subject to a charge. You will need to pay shipping fees, including taxes, for receiving and returning scanners. Please read our rental terms before requesting scanners.
How to request and rent scanners
To request and rent scanners, please email support@easol.com at least 60 days in advance of the event with the following information:
- Event name
- Event date
- Event location
- Event attendance number
Our team will get back to you within 2 working days with estimated delivery time and costs. After you have paid the fees, Easol will send the scanners to you.
Receiving scanners
Once scanners are delivered, you should set them up for your event and test them.
Please note that renting scanners does not include staff hire to check in guests on the day of the event. Even if you have on-site support from us, you still need a dedicated team to scan in guests at the event entrance and coordinate the event.
