Change the date of an experience
How to change the date of an experience without sales
If an experience has no sales, including cancelled bookings or bookings amended which contain a Variant from the experience, then the experience date will be editable directly in Easol.
- Go to Sell and click Experiences
- Next, select the experience you would like to change the date on.
- Navigate to the Overview tab.
- Locate the Availability field and select the new date using the calendar.
- If the availability field is grayed out, this means there has been a sale or booking amend on the experience.
How to change the date of an experience with sales
If an experience has sales, including cancelled bookings or bookings amended which contain a Variant from the experience, the Availability field will not be editable in Easol.
If this occurs, please contact support@easol.com providing the name and URL of the experience you would like to edit along with the new date of the experience.
