Introduction to selling multiple start dates and times
What is it?
Selling a single experience with multiple start dates and times is perfect for an event that takes place at the start of every month or an event that reoccurs multiple times a day. All experience slots share the same duration and merchandising content making it easier to manage your events.
For experiences with multiple start dates and times, the configuration of Variants, Extras, and Modifiers is considered the default configuration and will be adopted by any and all start dates and times added.
Make customisations to the stock, price, availability, and visibility of Variants, Extras, and Modifiers for specific dates and times within the Availability tab.
The customer facing product pages can display available slots in a list-view or a calendar view. Customers are able to select or change their chosen date on the "cart" page before checking out.
Is it right for me?
If your products require any of the following capabilities, then repeating experiences will not be suitable for you to use.
- Ticketing is required.
- Apply Promotions to individual experience dates.
- The duration or merchandising content differs depending on the date and time
As an alternative, we would recommend to create a Series of experiences instead.
