Create an experience series
If you have an experience that runs on multiple dates (e.g. a retreat that takes place at the start of every month or a yoga class that reoccurs every other Monday), you can create a Series of experiences. Experiences in the same series will be linked together on the booking page so that customers can toggle between the different dates.
Important: Series cannot be used with the Nomadic theme.

How to create a new series
- From your admin dashboard, go to Experiences, select an experience and go to the Settings tab.
- Under Series, type the name of your experience series in the text box and click Create New Series.
- Return to your dashboard and select another experience to add to your new series.
- Go to the Settings tab and select your new series from the text box dropdown list.
Note: The series name cannot be the same as an existing series or experience.
How to add a new date to an existing series
- From your admin dashboard, go to Experiences and select an experience series.
- Click Duplicate on one of the experiences.
- Select the start date of your new experience and change the name if applicable. Hit Duplicate.
You should now see the new date on your booking page.
How to remove a date from an existing series
- From your admin dashboard, go to Experiences and select an experience series.
- Select the experience date you'd like to remove and go to the Settings tab
- Under Series, delete the name of the series, scroll to the bottom of the dropdown series list and click Remove from series.
- Click Save to publish changes.
The experience is now removed from the series and moved to its own individual experience in the main Experiences list. Learn how to manage the availability of your experience to unpublish your experience.
How to delete an empty series
Before you can delete a series, it must be emptied of all experiences by moving them to another series or setting them as an individual experience in the main Experiences list.
- From your admin dashboard, go to Experiences and select the empty series.
- Click Delete and confirm.
The empty series is now deleted. To restore the series, create a new series with the same name.
