Edit a booking on an active payment plan
Currently, bookings that have an active payment plan are more restrictive in terms of the changes you can make. We recommend the following options:
- Wait until their payment plan is paid off in full. Once the booking is in a fully paid state you can amend a booking as normal.
- Cancel and refund their booking. Then use recommendations to send a personalised link with the amended booking.
